By placing an order on this store you agree to the terms below.

1. The seller

2. Products

All products are printed to order. Product photographs and mockups are representative. Slight variation in colour, print position and finish can occur between individual items and between screens and printed output, and is not considered a defect.

3. The artwork

Edomugs uses Japanese ukiyo-e woodblock prints from the Edo period that are in the public domain. Each design is prepared from a specific historical work. The original artworks are not owned by us and remain in the public domain. Our own arrangement, cropping, colour work and product photography are our property and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to your order.
