Edomugs ships worldwide. Every item is printed to order, so please allow production time in addition to delivery time.

Production time

2-5 business days for mugs and stickers. Orders are not shipped until production is complete.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons and customs inspections can extend delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the production country may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these amounts and cannot predict them.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
